We had an amazing stay at this place! The location of this hotel is just perfect. It's conveniently situated just outside the busy town area, giving us easy access to the waterfront and the supermarket. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They provided excellent service and were always polite and professional.

Everything was very comfortable, so were incredibly beautiful views of mountain and stars. Meals were local, and there was Bullock Bar Grill Restaurant near the hotel.

Location was Ok for seeing Wanaka
I stayed at about 8 New Zealand hotels in both the North & South Island. All the others were very good. But this one was very disappointing and was poor value. The rooms were cramped and a bit delapidated. The "servicing" didn't include making the beds nor tidying up,. It's difficult to see what was done by way of service.The place was full of notices to guests prohibiting this, that and the other.It is too nesar the main road - rooms at the front will suffer from traffic noise - a rare complaint in New Zealand.I will avoid this place on any future visit to Wanaka - itself a lovely wee village

It is reasonably priced. Everything is very comfortable here, had a very very good stay during our visit. The breakfast is great, includes a huge variety of meals. The hotel is in the central location to all the Fab restaurant.

The hotel was private, I thoroughly enjoyed brand-new rooms and helpful staff. The venue was centrally located, next to the lake front and restaurant area of Wanaka, cafes and the lake side and set in a shopping area. The service was really great with parking on-site. I had a really good stay here and will be back.

Overall had warm stay in a beautiful town that still has the country town. Its location was great and fantastic to the lake side. On the whole excellent food; Kika was in the vicinity.
